While the platform utilizes sophisticated algorithmic citation auditors and semantic research tools, all generated court processes and citations must be reviewed and certified by qualified legal counsel in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC).
IdealLegal adheres strictly to attorney-client privilege. User-entered pleadings, brief texts, and client dockets are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption. IdealLegal specifically guarantees that no user client files, briefs, or litigation work products are used to train public or foundational third-party models.
Subscribers are granted the right to cache jurisprudence data locally via our browser IndexedDB vault for use in courtroom environments lacking active telecommunications signals. Users remain responsible for maintaining the physical security of their portable devices.
